MPR gouges are designed to harvest a semi-circular patellar tendon graft for the round femoral socket. The semi-circular shaped graft decreases the risk of patellar stress risers and improves graft fixation. This design allows the gouge to cut through bone easier, helping to reduce postoperative anterior knee pain. The gouges have markings of 10MM to ensure depthand 25MM to ensure length of the bone plug.
