The tibial drill guide ensures accurate placement of the tibial tunnel during ACL reconstruction. The channel in the arc allows for varying angles from which to enter the joint. The angles are marked in 10° increments from 30° to 90°. The gold color tip on the trocar permits better visibility in the joint. A hook at the end of the Trocar catches the pin guide as it enters the joint. The drill guide is easily disassembled, leaving the guide wire in place. A cannulated drill bit is placed over the guide wire for creating a drill hole.
